Our Esteemed Society wishes you a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2014 and Happy Sankranthi. On popular demand of our beloved members, the Board of Management has decided to launch a project at Mysuru namely BSNL MYSURU SIRIGANDHA situated at Bogadi Gaddige Main Road which is very near to Vijayanagar 4th Stage. The land has already been procured and under the process of approval by the concerned competitive authority. Interested members can avail this golden opportunity and register themselves with the society to own their dream site.

BSNL MYSURU SIRIGANDHA is situated and surrounded by Vijayanagar 4th Stage, Deepanagar, SBM Layout, Siddalingeshwara Nagar, Royal Enclave, Royal Prime, Suvarna Nagar, Rotary School, Vidhya Convent, Deepa Educational Institutions, St.Franics D’assissi School and Orchids School. The layout is 12 KMS from Mysuru Palace.

Our Society has started its establishment in the year 2012 by a Board of Directors, in true sense is defined by the people who are experienced, committed and competent team. All our projects are aesthetically planned, ergonomically designed, superbly executed. Our society ensures members satisfaction, commitment to quality and well being of the community which have been the guiding principles of our organization. Our Layouts are immaculate and elegantly planned, with an emphasis on elegant Civil/Architecture and impeccable quality and prompt completion.



Action proposed for the statutory requirements:

  • Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
  • Legal opinion will be obtained from Legal Experts.
  • Layout plan will be approved by the Concerned Authority.
  • Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
  • Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval.
  • Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50, 40X60 & 50X80 dimension sites.

  • Borewell with overhead tank.
  • Water supply to individual sites.
  • Electric lines with Transformers and street lighting.
  • Underground drainage and sewerage system.
  • Main road and cross roads as per norms of the Concerned Authority.
  • Asphalted roads as per norms of the Concerned Authority with sign boards.
  • Avenue tree plantation.
  • Space for Landscape Park.
  • Civic Amenities Area.
  • Watch and ward for 5 year at cost.


The Site will be booked on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Interested members can book the Site & Payment may be made in name of BSNL, CENTRAL & STATE GOVT. IT/BT EMPLOYEES (WORKING & RETIRED) HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD either by Cheque or DD Payable at Bangalore.
