• Registration of sites are under process. • Court case settled awaiting the court orders • Waiting for Electricity. The builder assured to complete it by another 2 months.

• The Development work is under process. Waiting for the Electrical power supply. Already Transformers were installed. • After completion of all works, will submit for final release of sites from BIAPPA • Expected time line for completion is January 24

• Land acquisition is under process.

• Already received development approval for 4 acres and the work in under process. Only Electrical and Bitumen Road work is pending. After completion of the same and getting the final release, the registration of sites will commence. • Acquisition of remaining land is under process.

Phase 4

• After a prolonged delay we are succeeded in getting about 30 Acres CLU. The same is displayed. The next process is getting DC Conversion orders for the entire 30 acres which is under process. Will submit for plan approval after completion of DC conversion orders. • It is getting delayed because of the financial constraints. • Also planning for another 10 acres clu after getting the podi process is over. • Remaining 10 acres land will be acquired after getting financial support from the members.

Phase 3 block 1 or Enclave

• The land acquisition is under process. Any development is possible only after commencement of Phase 3 works.

Phase 3 annexe

• The project is getting delayed because of PODI issues. i.e. The land grantees are more than the land available. It is referred to a committee to resolve. The other issue is that majority of the land belongs to SC ST communities. The recent amendment in the state assembly towards this community to reclaim their lands at any time, is having a second thought of continuing the project at the present site. Asked the builder to identify a different place to accommodate the bookings, Will be intimated in due course of time.

Phase 3

• Last Year the CLU Copies the 23 Acres were displayed. Out of which some 15 Acres conversion orders are released. The remaining is pending due to a court case and 79ab issues. Now the court case is posted for final order, which is expected by another three months. After that will apply for Plan approval followed by development work. • Also, in the process of getting another 25 Acres CLU orders. Once received a full pledged 50 acres project will be on line

Phase 2

• Last year the CLU copies of 10 Acres were displayed. Now the 5 Acres conversion orders are available which is already displayed. The conversion of remaining 5 acres is under process. The same is delayed because of abolition of Sec.79 ab, Wherein the land owners are demanding the present market rate. After completion of remaining 5 acres, will submit for PLAN approval and after plan approval development work will start.

Phase 1

• Last year Development work started in 4 Acres. The same was completed in all aspects, the final completion plan is also released from BIAAPA. Now applied for individual Katha from the Local Panchayat, after receiving the same, Registration of sites will be commenced as per Seniority list. • Regarding the balance four acres, last time it was brought to the last G.B that due to a family dispute of two brothers, the case was pending. Now the case is amicably settled and applied for the transfer of Katha, as the old one is in the name of their forefather. After change of katha, now applied for 11E sketch. It was applied in the month of MAY 23 and awaiting the same. Further progress is after getting the sketch.

The Board of Management thank all our Members for the support they have extended to our Society by becoming a member to our society and also by booking sites in our various projects. Herewith we submit a small brief of the ongoing projects

PHASE 1

Our first layout Sirigandha Phase-1, for which booking started on 14-Jan-2013. The builder has already acquired about 12 acres of land at Singarahalli on IVC Road. Though the land is in YellowZone, the concerned Govt., dept insists for change of land. Hence the builder has applied for change of land to the concerned Govt., department and waiting for the approval. The necessary civil works will start after getting the approval.The paper notification copy is updated in Phase-1 webpage.

PHASE 2

The Sirigandha Phase-2, The builder has already acquired about 10 acres of land at Singarahalli on IVC Road. Though the land is in Yellow Zone, the concerned Govt., dept insists for change of land. Hence the builder has applied for change of land to the concerned Govt., department and waiting for the approval. The necessary civil works will start after getting the approval. PHASE 3

Regarding Sirigandha Phase - 3, again on on IVC Road. The booking closed in Oct 2014. Originally it was planned to procure 40 acres of land for the project, but due to the demand from our esteemed members it was extended to 80 acres. i.e. another 40 acres more was added to our original plan. The builder is already in the process of acquiring land. The same is hindered due to non-payment of 2nd instalment from many members. Hence it is requested that timely payment will help us to procure the land at an earliest, and we can think of applying for change of land after completion of procurement of land and NOC from government.
