e are happy to announce our new project BSNL SIRIGANDHA PHASE-III (ANNEXE) at. Uganavadi, on IVC Road, (about 500 mtrs from IVC Road) Opp BSNL SIRIGANDHA GREENS,which is about 4 kms from the Bangalore International Airport to Devanahalli Road, 11kms from Yelankha to Doddaballapur Road (near Hardeshanahalli) & 25kms from Hebbal Flyover.
Action proposed for the statutory requirements:
- Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
- Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
- Layout plan will be approved by the BIAPPA.
- Individual Khata with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
- Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after Plan approval

The Site will be booked on "FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS". Interested members can book the Sites and payment may be made in the name of The BSNL Central & State Govt IT/BT Employees (Working & Retired) House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd either by Cheque or DD en-cashable at Bangalore.
