We are glad to inform that BSNL SIRIGANDHA Green Project Launched On IVC Road which is Converted land & just 4 kms from NH-7. Bookings are already opened in Green Town. Those who are interested to own a site can register themselves with the Society / Board of Directors for Phase IV. The proposed rate for the upcoming project is Rs.2200/- per sq.ft

Action proposed for the statutory requirements:
- Land is converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
- Layout plan will be approved by the concerned authority (BIAPPA).
- Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
- Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval from BIAPPA.
- Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50, 40X60 & 50X80 sites.
