We are happy to inform you that BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase-I booking is closed, and are waiting for Conversion order and Approval from BIAPPA, we hope next year end allotment will done to Phase I members.
Due to overwhelming response from our esteemed members, we are proud to Launch BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase-II adjacent to phase-I. Bookings are already opened in Phase-II. Those who are interested to own a site can register themselves with the Society / Board of Directors for Phase II.
BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase II is adjacent to Phase-I situated very near to Bangalore International Airport on IVC Road, which is surrounded by the Green Field Garden (Phase-1,2,3,4), Sobha Canvas, Sobha Lifestyle, Gold Cost Garden Villas, Mother Teresa Hospital & Excise Layout. The Layout is just 33 KM from K.R Circle.
Our Society started its establishment in the year 2012 by a Board of Directors, in true sense is defined by the people who are experienced, committed and competent team. All our projects are aesthetically planned, ergonomically designed, superbly executed. - Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
- Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
- Layout plan will be approved by the concerned authority (BIAPPA).
- Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
- Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval from BIAPPA.
- Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50 & 40X60 and odd dimension sites.

- Borewell with overhead tank.
- Water supply to individual sites.
- Electric lines with Transformers and street lighting.
- Underground drainage and sewerage system.
- Main road and cross roads as per BIAPPA norms.
- Asphalted roads as per BIAPPA norms with sign boards.
- Avenue tree plantation.
- Space for Landscape Park.
- Civic Amenities Area.
- Watch and ward for 5 year at cost.
The Site will be booked on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Interested members can book the Site & Payment may be made in name of BSNL, CENTRAL & STATE GOVT. IT/BT EMPLOYEES (WORKING & RETIRED) HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD either by Cheque or DD Payable at Bangalore.
