We are glad to inform that BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase-II booking is closed. Due to overwhelming response from our esteemed members, we are happy to Launch BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase-III project. On IVC Road which is just 4.5 kms from Nh-7. Bookings are already opened in Phase-III. Those who are interested to own a site can register themselves with the Society / Board of Directors for Phase III. The proposed rate for the upcoming project is Rs.800/- per sq.ft
BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase III project is adjacent to Mathrushree Convent & Rakshita developers layout and situated very near to BSNL Sirigandha Ph-I & II. The proposed layout is surrounded by Green Field Garden (Phase-1,2,3,4), Sobha Canvas, Sobha Lifestyle, Gold Cost Garden Villas, Mother Teresa Hospital & Excise Layout. The Layout is around 31 KM from K.R Circle.
Our Society has started its establishment in the year 2012 by a group of Directors, in true sense is defined by the people who are experienced, committed and competent team. Action proposed for the statutory requirements:
- Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds
- Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
- Layout plan will be approved by the concerned authority (BIAPPA).
- Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
- Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval from BIAPPA.
- Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50, 40X60 & 50X80 sites.

- Water supply to individual sites.
- Electric lines with Transformers and street lighting.
- Underground drainage and sewerage system.
- Main road and cross roads as per BIAPPA norms.
- Asphalted roads as per BIAPPA norms with sign boards.

- Space for Landscape Park.
- Civic Amenities Area.
- Watch and ward for 5 year at cost.
The Site will be booked on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Interested members can book the Site & Payment may be made in name of BSNL, CENTRAL & STATE GOVT. IT/BT EMPLOYEES (WORKING & RETIRED) HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD either by Cheque or DD Payable at Bangalore.
