We are happy to inform you that the Society is Launching our first Layout in Singarahalli on IVC Road very near to Bangalore International Airport for the benefit of our members. Those who are interested to own a site can register themselves with the Society.
BSNL SIRIGANDHA is situated near Bangalore International Airport to IVC Proposed Road, which is surrounded by the Green Field Garden (Phase-1,2,3,4), Sobha Canvas, Sobha Lifestyle, Gold Cost Garden Villas, Mother Teresa Hospital & Excise Layout. The Layout is just 33 KM from K.RCicrle.
Action proposed for the statutory requirements:
- Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
- Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
- Layout plan will be approved by the concerned authority (BIAPPA).
- Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
- Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval from BIAPPA.
- Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50 & 40X60 and odd dimension sites.

The Site will be booked on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Interested members can book the Site & Payment may be made in name of BSNL, CENTRAL & STATE GOVT. IT/BT EMPLOYEES (WORKING & RETIRED) HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD either by Cheque or DD Payable at Bangalore.
