We are happy to inform you, our society is lunched fourth project in SARJAPURA (Kamanahalli) very near to Marathahalli, Whitefiled, ITPL, Wipro Corporate Office and Infosys SEZ Tech Park for the benefit of our members. Those who are interested to own a site register themselves with the society.

BSNL SOUGANDHIKA is situated very near to Marathahalli, Whitefiled, ITPL, Varthur, Wipro Corporate Office Srjapura and Infosys SEZ Tech Park. Which is adjacent to HAL Layout (Phase-1,2) and surrounded by Aditya Home, Urban Habitet , Telecom Layout Sarjapura, Postal Layout, Heritage county, Royal Homes, Green Isle and Bliss county. The layout is 30 KMS from K.R Circle.

Our Society has started its establishment in the year 2012 by a Board of Directors, in true sense is defined by the people who are experienced, committed and competent team. All our projects are aesthetically planned, ergonomically designed, superbly executed. We at Flourish ensure members satisfaction, commitment to quality and well being of the community which have been the guiding principles of our organization. Our Layouts are immaculate and elegantly planned, with an emphasis on elegant Civil/Architecture and impeccable quality and prom pt completion.



Action proposed for the statutory requirements:

  • Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
  • Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
  • Layout plan will be approved by the concerned authority (BMRDA).
  • Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
  • Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval from BMRDA.
  • Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50 & 40X60, 50X80, and odd dimension sites.

Amenities proposed

  • Borewell with overhead tank.
  • Water supply to individual sites.
  • Electric lines with Transformers and street lighting.
  • Underground drainage and sewerage system.
  • Main road and cross roads as per BMRDA norms.
  • Asphalted roads as per BMRDA norms with sign boards.
  • Avenue tree plantation.
  • Space for Landscape Park.
  • Civic Amenities Area.
  • Watch and ward for 5 year at cost.


The Site will be booked on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Interested members can book the Site & Payment may be made in name of BSNL, CENTRAL & STATE GOVT. IT/BT EMPLOYEES (WORKING & RETIRED) HOUSE BUILDING CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD either by Cheque or DD Payable at Bangalore.

The Development work is undertaken by M/S- G.V.N & CO
# 54/3, Subbarama Chetty Road, Natkalappa Circle, Near Karnataka Bank, Basavangudi Bangalore-04.
Who have already formed a well developed layout for Postal Housing Society at Sarjapur area Bangalore and are well experienced in formation of Layout.
