BSNL Sirigandha Phase - 4 (28.07.2026)
Dear Member,
In continuation of My earlier letter dated 12.05.26, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information.
As explained in my last update 16 acres land are registered and converted in the name of the Builder out of 28 Acres CLU. CLU was obtained showing the Road from the adjacent Layout. The entrance land of about 4 Acres is having issues, as the landowner cancelled the GPA issued in favour of the Builder and transferred the property to his siblings, despite receiving the full payment towards the cost of the land. We tried to resolve the issue by having several meetings with him. But his only demand is settlement as per the existing market rate prevailing now. As the discussions failed, we filed a case against him vide case no. He failed to attend the last two hearings.
Any further progress is possible only after the court case is dissolved.

In continuation of My earlier letter dated 23.06.26, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information.
All the development works in the proposed 4 acres plot is over and waiting for the Installation of Electrical Transformer. After getting the Electrical service and NOC from all the required departments, will submit the same for final approval and khatha, Registrations will commence once kathas are received. Meanwhile pursuing the Builder to start work in another 4 acres to accommodate the remaining members.
Waiting for Electrical Service, after getting Electrical service, will submit for Final Release of sites.

BSNL Sirigandha Phase - 3 Block-1 (28.07.2026)
Dear Member,
In continuation of My earlier letter dated 06.05.2026, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information.
The proposed layout is going to be in the following survey numbers. i.e. 13/1 to 13/10 of Naraganahalli village, Kundana Hobli, Devenahalli Taluk, Bangalore Rural. The said land is adjacent to Survey number 14, where our Phase 3 is going to come. Shortly going to submit for Change of land use from Agriculture to Residential purpose. Will update you shortly after submitting the application.
Already submitted for the CLU and under progress.

In continuation of My earlier letter dated 06.05.2026, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information
As stated in the earlier letter, it was stated that planning to purchase land adjacent to the Main Road passing in between IVC road to Kundana village, situated at Narganahalli village. Accordingly, about 1 Acre 14 guntas of land were purchased in 14/1, 14/6, 10/2, 10/9, 10/10 survey numbers vide sale deed nos, DNH-1-09230-2025-26 dated 14.08.25, DNH-1-12242-2025-26 dated 09.10.25, DNH-1-12243-2025-26 dated 09.10.25, respectively. After getting katas, the builder has applied certain lands for Change of land use on 03.09.25 and certain lands for DC conversion. Regarding CLU the file has already passed in the BIAAPA meeting and was sent to BMRDA vide reference no.2484 dated 09.12.25 for further orders. After BMRDA it will be sent to Government for Final orders. Builder is pursuing the matter vigorously to get the final orders by January end. After getting the final orders we will submit them for Plan approval.
Received the CLU orders and planning to submit for plan approval after getting the DC Conversion orders of the CLU lands. Will update you once submitted.
Submitted and waiting for the Plan Approval. Development work will be commenced after receiving the approved plan.

In continuation of My earlier letter dated 06.05.2026, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information
In the earlier update it was stated that the CLU was accorded for 10 Acres, and the builder has a sale deed on his name, for 5 acres, which was also D.C. converted. Also, the entrance issue from the Main Road was also sorted out by convincing the present landowner that his land will be exchanged for double the quantity of land he owns. Now the actual problem we are facing is that acquiring remaining land because the landowners are demanding the present market value, which is impossible for us to offer. The other alternative is to wait for the other Society to get the plan approval so that we too can have a access from their Roads. The other Society is developing a 30 Acres layout and are processing the Plan approval.
There is not any fresh update to the above.

In continuation of My earlier letter dated 06.05.2026, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information
The development of the two-acre land is underway. The builder has also been instructed to acquire extra land in the surrounding area as a backup plan, to ensure space for the remaining members if there are delays with Phase 2.
The Development work of the two acre is underway. All most all the works are completed except formation of Roads, which is underway. Will update once its completed.
The formation of Road is completed. The next work to be taken is laying of Electrical Cables, Electrical Distribution Boards and Transformer. After the completion of the above said works, will submit to BlAAPA for final approval and release of Sites The same will be updated in my next letter.

In continuation of My earlier letter dated 09.09.24, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information

As the discussions failed, we filed a case against him vide case no.511/2024 & 1285/2024. He failed to attend the last two hearings. The next hearing is on 10.09.2025 & 04.09.2025.
Any further progress is possible only after the case is resolved.

BSNL Sougandhika (13.08.2025)
In continuation of My earlier letter dated 09.09.24, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information
1. Registration of sites are under process.
2. Some people are not interested in registration citing some court case. But the court case is settled. The copy is available in the Society office. No idea whether they again approach higher court. As no summons were received as per the Builder. Also, there is no stay on this matter. Hence it is advised to go head for Registration.
3. Regarding Electrical supply, the builder was delaying it citing one or the other reason. As a result, society has addressed the issue. Already paid the required Deposit. Will expedite the work and see the power supply is given at an earliest.

In continuation of My earlier letter dated 09.09.24, I hereby submit the following developments for your kind information.
Received final approval from BIAAPA and also katha from Panchayat. Registrations are already commenced after getting the Seniority list from the competent authority.
