2) The land owners again approach court against the earlier court order.
3) Received a self execution order from the BESCOM. The work is under process, will update you after completion of the electrical work.

Received all the NOC’s from all the Departments. Submitted the plan copy to BIAAPPA and waiting for the BIAAPPA officials to inspect the Site and forward it to the BMRDA for approval. (Please note that earlier the BIAAPPA itself was giving final approval, by placing it in their Meeting. But now the government has changed the procedure, accordingly the BIAAPPA has to get the concurrence i.e approval from the BMRDA before placing the same in their meeting and giving approval. Hence waiting for approval from BIAAPPA.

The Electrical work is commenced by installing the electrical poles. The road work will be taken up after completion of the electrical work. The builder is demanding Payment to continue the work. But we are explaining him that we cannot collect any payment from the Members without completing Development works.

BSNL Sirigandha Phase-4 (09.09.2024)
As explained in my last update 16 acres land registered and converted in the name of the Builder. Particularly having issues with 8 acres of land, which is the main entrance of the land. Submission of Plan is possible only after getting either one of 4-acre land. Still pursuing the matter and hope shortly will be able to register either one of land.

The land acquisition is under process. Any development is possible only after commencement of Phase 3 works.

We are merging all member of Phase-3 Annex to Phase-3 Block-1 or BSNL Sirigandha Elite. The reason for this is already conveyed in my earlier letter.

As updated in the earlier letter, submitted the plan copy to BIAAPPA and waiting for the BIAAPPA officials to inspect the Site and forward it to the BMRDA for approval. (Please note that earlier the BIAAPPA itself was giving permission to execute the Development work, by placing it in their Meeting. But now the government has changed the procedure, accordingly the BIAAPPA has to get the concurrence i.e approval from the BMRDA before placing the same in their meeting and giving approval. Hence any Development work is possible only after receiving the approval from BIAAPPA.
