We Proudly announce the Launching of Premium Layout SIRIGANDHA AARADHANA @ MYSURU Residential layout for persons working in BSNL, Central & State Govt., Banks, Railways, Defence, PSU’s and IT/BT for both (Working & Retired) And also limited sites for general public.
The Residential layout is situated at Ilavala on Mysuru-Hunsur Road,(about 1.5 KM from Hunsur Highway Road) ,Hunsur Taluk, Mysuru District, 10kms from Mysore Ring Road (Hunsur) Junction.
Action Proposed for the Statutory requirements:
- Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
- Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
- Layout plan will be approved by the DTCP.
- Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after Plan approval.
- Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
- Registration Charges are Extra.

- Transformers and street lighting.
- Underground drainage and sewerage system connected to each and every site.
- Main road and cross roads as per DTCP norms.
- Asphalted roads with sign boards.
- Avenue tree plantation.
- Space for Landscape Park.
- Civic Amenities Area.
- Watch and ward for 5 year at cost.
The Site will be booked on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Interested members can book the Site & Payment may be made in name of BSNL Central & State Govt IT/BT Employees (W&R) H.B.C.S Ltd either by Cheque or DD Payable at Bangalore.
